EVENT MANAGEMENT - Lead the strategic planning, execution, and promotion of company events, driving brand visibility and engagement. I manage end-to-end event logistics and on-site coordination to ensure seamless, high-quality execution for all internal and external functions. Furthermore, I serve as the primary point of contact for all event organizers and external vendors, streamlining communication and maintaining professional relationships. My role extends to managing all promotional material, ensuring brand consistency, and assisting in the creation of comprehensive marketing promotions to maximize event attendance and impact.
OFC 26
Architected and executed the end to end marketing infrastructure for Lightmatter’s presence at OFC 2026, managing a high visibility physical footprint and digital narrative for 17,000+ attendees.
Cross Functional Orchestration: Directed a multi disciplinary team across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Finance to successfully deploy 8 unique demos across two high traffic booth locations.
Integrated Brand Presence: Secured and managed four unique activation spaces, including a dedicated Career Fair presence that drove hundreds of high intent lead captures and newsletter subscriptions.
Guerilla Marketing & Out-of-Home (OOH): Pitched and executed high impact sponsorships, notably a mobile 'Box Truck' advertising campaign that extended the brand’s reach beyond the convention hall and into the streets of the city.
Team & Talent Management: Managed on site logistics and comprehensive booth coverage for 65 employee attendees, while simultaneously coordinating professional video production and social promotion for executive speaking engagements.
Outcome: Resulted in a measurable surge in high-intent lead generation and solidified Lightmatter as the definitive leader in the AI-optical connectivity market.
TAIWAN DAY 2026
Directed the execution of a two day ecosystem summit in Taiwan for 150 hand selected industry leaders, bridging the gap between Silicon Valley innovation and APAC manufacturing powerhouses. Orchestrated from Lightmatter’s Mountain View headquarters and executed on the ground in Hsinchu, this mission was designed to solidify our position within the global semiconductor supply chain during a critical scaling phase.
Ecosystem & Media Orchestration: Dual track press and partner programming that secured 65 unique local press mentions in Taiwan and dozens of high-tier US placements. Simultaneously designed targeted engagement tracks for Tier-1 partners, aligning technical roadmaps with localized supply chain readiness for mass CPO deployment.
Localized Brand Identity: Researched and fostered long term relationships with regional vendors to produce premium marketing collateral, including custom signage and bespoke attendee merchandise tailored to the APAC aesthetic.
Outcome: Established a definitive brand presence in the Silicon Valley of Taiwan, securing pivotal partner alignments that now serve as the blueprint for Lightmatter’s international growth strategy.
SUPERCOMPUTING 25 (SC25)
Architected and executed the comprehensive brand and technical presence for Lightmatter at Supercomputing 25 (SC25) in St. Louis. I directed marketing strategy designed to establish brand 'primacy'—ensuring Lightmatter was the first and last name attendees saw during the world’s premier HPC event.
Omnichannel Brand Takeover: Engineered a high impact Out-of-Home (OOH) campaign featuring St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) takeovers and primary convention center entrance branding. This strategy ensured 100% brand saturation for attendees before they reached their hotels or stepped on the show floor.
High Stakes Technical Debuts: Managed the world premiere of two unique Lightmatter technology demos, coordinating a cross departmental team of Engineering, Product, and Operations to ensure the safe delivery and flawless three day operation of sensitive hardware.
Large Scale Operations: Directed on site logistics and comprehensive booth coverage for 35 employee attendees across two dedicated activation spaces, including a specialized Career Fair presence to fuel our talent pipeline.
Outcome: Solidified Lightmatter’s status as a top tier innovator in the supercomputing ecosystem, resulting in high volume of executive level booth visits and brand visibility.

EETimes Chiplet Pavillion at DAC (Design Automation Conference), UC Berkeley STEM Job Fair, Global Foundries Technology Summit, AI Infra Conference
SUPERCOMPUTING 2022 - The international conference for high performance computing, networking, storage, and analysis. 2022 marked Lightmatter’s first appearance at the conference. SC22 welcomed 11,830 attendees and featured 361 exhibit booths on the show floor.
SOCIAL CONTENT
Develop and execute Lightmatter’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and foster community growth, directly managing all content and strategy for our main channels, X, LinkedIn, & YouTube. My role involves key cross-functional collaboration, as I work directly with designers to oversee all content creation and partner with the product team and senior leadership to strategically plan and execute impactful announcements and new product launches.

Strategize and execute initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as a top employer, attracting and retaining premier talent. Partner with the recruiting and HR teams to align on key messaging and promote the employee value proposition to a broad talent pool.
