EVENT MANAGEMENT
Lead the strategic planning, execution, and promotion of company events, driving brand visibility and engagement. I manage end-to-end event logistics and on-site coordination to ensure seamless, high-quality execution for all internal and external functions. Furthermore, I serve as the primary point of contact for all event organizers and external vendors, streamlining communication and maintaining professional relationships. My role extends to managing all promotional material, ensuring brand consistency, and assisting in the creation of comprehensive marketing promotions to maximize event attendance and impact.

SUPERCOMPUTING 2022 - The international conference for high performance computing, networking, storage, and analysis. 2022 marked Lightmatter’s first appearance at the conference. SC22 welcomed 11,830 attendees and featured 361 exhibit booths on the show floor.
SOCIAL CONTENT
Develop and execute Lightmatter’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and foster community growth, directly managing all content and strategy for our main channels, X, LinkedIn, & YouTube. My role involves key cross-functional collaboration, as I work directly with designers to oversee all content creation and partner with the product team and senior leadership to strategically plan and execute impactful announcements and new product launches.
TALENT BRAND
Strategize and execute initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as a top employer, attracting and retaining premier talent. Partner with the recruiting and HR teams to align on key messaging and promote the employee value proposition to a broad talent pool.
